RAway Jewels items are custom-made to order, bespoke fine jewelry. For this reason, all custom-made items are final sale, non-refundable. We encourage you to ask any questions prior to purchase and confirm your ring size before ordering rings.

Prices shown are in United States dollars, excluding taxes and shipping costs. We reserve the right to modify the price of any products at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the product is not available, is incorrectly priced, and/or incorrectly described.

 

Sales tax will be collected on all orders shipped to Florida and Minnesota.

 

At RAway Jewels, we make every effort to ensure that the products on rawayjewels.com are accurately displayed. Bespoke jewelry is hand-crafted and slight variations can occur in each custom piece as we use natural gemstones.

 

We use recycled metals and natural mined gemstones. Please inquire about our best practices policies and chain of supply on any of our products and materials.

SHIPPING POLICY

RAway Jewels offers free First Class USPS Priority Mail Express on all US orders. Each of our custom pieces is made, packaged, and shipped in the USA. Multiple pieces will be combined in one order unless otherwise specified. Due to the high value of our products we require a signature upon delivery, and we do not ship to PO boxes.

 

International shipping is not currently available in our online shop, however, we would be happy to work with you on an International order, please contact us.

 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all of our orders typically ship within 3-4 weeks, sooner whenever possible. Once shipped, you will receive tracking and shipping information via email. We appreciate your patience while we make your special piece. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before you place your order to ensure that we can make that happen for you, a rush fee may apply.

 

*Important: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. In the rare event that your order is damaged, contact us without delay and retain ALL packaging that your order arrived in. These steps are required by the insurer in the event a claim is needed. Each incident is handled on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

If you need to CANCEL or CHANGE your order, we require you to contact us via email within 24 hours of placing the order. We start on orders typically within 1 day of receiving them and often times your order is already in production. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation or change within 24 hours we will go forward with the production and the return policy will apply.

RETURNS

All sales are final on custom-made items.

 

All returns require pre-authorization via email. Returns will not be accepted without authorization. Please contact us for a return authorization and instructions.

 

RAway Jewels cannot be liable for loss or damage while an item is in transit back to us, and will not assume responsibility for the item without proof of delivery and return authorization.

LIMITED WARRANTY

RAway Jewels warranties its custom-made Bespoke fine jewelry designs from manufacturing defects for 30 days from receipt of purchase. Fine jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. Please contact RAway Jewels for care instructions for your bespoke jewelry piece.
